Does the packaging photo define the tile specification?
No. Its visible dimensions and carton quantity belong to that photographed record only. Confirm the specification and packing for your order.
Can I specify acoustic, fire or humidity performance?
Include the required performance and test standard in your enquiry. Model-specific documentation must be checked before any rating is agreed.
Can I request a sample?
Samples are available and we cover sample freight. Confirm the product, destination, quantity and sample terms before dispatch.
Does 20 days include arrival at my destination?
No. The stated period is for dispatch. Confirm the order start date and schedule separately from transport and arrival.
