Can I request a size within the listed ranges?
Yes. Send your required dimensions, thickness and length. The catalogue gives ranges; it does not mean every possible combination is a standard stocked item. We will confirm your requested combination.
Can I order studs and track together?
Mixed orders are supported. Provide the required dimensions and quantities for each profile so compatibility and the applicable order minimum can be confirmed.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Samples are available and we cover sample freight. Share the profile you need and your destination so sample quantity and terms can be confirmed.
Does 20 days include shipping to my country?
No. The stated period is for dispatch, not arrival at the destination. The order start date, production schedule and transport arrangement are confirmed separately.
What if I do not know the exact profile dimensions?
Describe your requirement and mention that the dimensions are not yet known. A profile drawing, an existing sample or measurements can help clarify the product before the order is finalized.
